Creamy pasta with shrimp

Tender shrimp in a creamy parmesan cream sauce, served with al dente pasta.

Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta (your choice)
  • 300 g shrimp (peeled)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 50 g grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water according to package directions until al dente.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic.
  3. Add the shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes until pink.
  4. Stir in the cream and Parmesan, bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix the pasta with the shrimp and cream sauce and serve.
