Creamy pasta with shrimp

Tender shrimp in a creamy parmesan cream sauce, served with al dente pasta.
Ingredients
- 200 g pasta (your choice)
- 300 g shrimp (peeled)
- 1 cup cream
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 50 g grated parmesan
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Steps
- Cook the pasta in boiling water according to package directions until al dente.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic.
- Add the shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes until pink.
- Stir in the cream and Parmesan, bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the pasta with the shrimp and cream sauce and serve.
