Crispy shrimp tacos

Crispy and seasoned shrimp served in warm corn tortillas with a refreshing coleslaw.
Ingredients
- 300 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup red cabbage (finely chopped)
- 1 avocado (diced)
- 100 g sour cream
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and fry them in a frying pan over medium heat with a little oil until they are pink (about 4-5 minutes).
- Toss the red cabbage with the lime juice, salt and pepper and serve with the coleslaw.
- Heat the corn tortillas in a frying pan.
- Place the shrimp on the tortillas, add the coleslaw and avocado and garnish with sour cream.
