Crispy shrimp tacos

Crispy and seasoned shrimp served in warm corn tortillas with a refreshing coleslaw.

Ingredients

  • 300 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup red cabbage (finely chopped)
  • 1 avocado (diced)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and fry them in a frying pan over medium heat with a little oil until they are pink (about 4-5 minutes).
  2. Toss the red cabbage with the lime juice, salt and pepper and serve with the coleslaw.
  3. Heat the corn tortillas in a frying pan.
  4. Place the shrimp on the tortillas, add the coleslaw and avocado and garnish with sour cream.
