Garlic shrimp

A classic Spanish dish with crispy shrimp in an aromatic garlic and white wine sauce.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Margenuss shrimp
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 60 ml white wine
  • Fresh parsley

Steps

  1. Rinse the shrimp with cold water and dry them with kitchen paper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic slices and fry for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is golden brown.
  4. Add the shrimp to the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked.
  5. Add the white wine and reduce.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
