Seafood casserole with shrimp

A creamy and flavorful casserole filled to the brim with seafood, perfect for a cozy dinner party.

Ingredients

  • 250g shrimp (peeled)
  • 150g mussels or other seafood
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 tomatoes (diced)
  • 200 ml cream or coconut milk
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, paprika

Steps

  1. Rinse the shrimp with cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic slivers and fry for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is golden.
  4. Add the shrimp to the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked.
  5. Add the white wine and reduce.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
