Seafood casserole with shrimp

A creamy and flavorful casserole filled to the brim with seafood, perfect for a cozy dinner party.
Ingredients
- 250g shrimp (peeled)
- 150g mussels or other seafood
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 bell pepper (diced)
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- 200 ml cream or coconut milk
- 100 g grated cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, paprika
Steps
- Rinse the shrimp with cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic slivers and fry for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is golden.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked.
- Add the white wine and reduce.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
