Tropical shrimp salad

A fresh and tropical salad with sweet mango, creamy avocado and juicy shrimp, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
- 250 g shrimps (cooked and peeled)
- 1 mango (diced)
- 1 avocado (diced)
- 100 g mixed leaf lettuce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Steps
- Mix the shrimp with the mango, avocado and lettuce in a large bowl.
- Pour in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss gently.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
