Tropical shrimp salad

A fresh and tropical salad with sweet mango, creamy avocado and juicy shrimp, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 250 g shrimps (cooked and peeled)
  • 1 mango (diced)
  • 1 avocado (diced)
  • 100 g mixed leaf lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Mix the shrimp with the mango, avocado and lettuce in a large bowl.
  2. Pour in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss gently.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
